Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Hutang, dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan menggunakan Profitabilitas dan Age sebagai variable control. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Manufaktur khususnya pada sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakaan merupakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS. Pemilihan sampel didasari oleh teknik purposive sampling yang digunakan sebanyak 46 perusahaan yang diteliti dengan total sampel sebanyak 184. Data diolah dengan uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas dan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel control. Sedangkan kebijakan hutang dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas dan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel control. / This research was conducted to determine the effect of Company Size, Debt Policy, and Liquidity on The Company's Value by using Profitability and Age as variable control. The objects used in this study are manufacturing companies, especially in the basic industrial and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017-2020. This research is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data. The data processing is using the SPSS. The sample selection was based on purposive sampling techniques used by 46 companies studied with a total sample of 184. The data is processed with normality tests, heteroskedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests and multiple regression tests. The results of the study showed that the size of the company had a significant positive effect on the value of the company with profitability and the age of the company as a control variable. While the debt and liquidity policy has no effect on the value of the company with profitability and the age of the company as a control variable.
