Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, ROA, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Objek yang diteliti adalah perusahaan pertambangan dalam sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2008 – 2020. Data yang dikumpulkan dari data sekunder dengan jumlah sampel 9 perusahaan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sumber data yang di teliti merupakan laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sektor energi yang diambil melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan S & P Capital. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Likuiditas memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, ROA memiliki pengaruh positif dan significant terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan Leverage tidak memiliki pengaruh significant terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan sector energy pada BEI tahun 2008 - 2020
