Abstract
Children are the hope as the future successor of the nation where the future will determine the quality of the nation. National development will not be completed if children's rights are not fulfilled due to the lack of significant guidance and protection from the state. The problem of children is an important topic because if there is bad behaviour in children, it will threaten the future of the young generation of a nation. The existence of several factors that can affect children in conflict with the law can be divided into three categories, namely children in conflict with the law, child victims, and child witnesses. This internship report is carried out by the author more deeply about the position of children in conflict with the law by looking at the rules based on the laws that have been made for the legal umbrella for children in conflict with the law.
