Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 sudah berjalan selama 2 tahun dan mengakibatkan masyarakat menjadi waspada terhadap kebersihan di lingkungannya termasuk anggota tubuh seperti tangan. Tangan merupakan salah satu media penyebaran virus Covid-19, sehingga masyarakat perlu menyediakan hand sanitizer dan alat perlindungan rumah untuk membersihkan tangan dan lingkungan sekitar mereka. Hal ini menyebabkan layanan fogapothecary menjadi lambat akibat kesibukan yang dialami oleh fogapothecary ketika terjadinya peningkatan permintaan. Sistem berbasis website yang diimplementasikan pada fogapothecary dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan mutu layanannya. Dalam membangun website secara cepat dan sesuai fungsinya, penulis menggunakan metode wawancara untuk mengetahui masalah dan kebutuhan fungsional yang diperlukan oleh fogapothecary dan menggunakan metodologi pengembangan software RAD dengan melakukan prototyping dibantu dengan UML untuk permodelan website yang dapat meningkatkan mutu layanannya. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen fogapothecary adalah efisiensi pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi atau keunggulan produk, pemesanan produk yang cepat, dan pemesanan yang dapat dilakukan secara fleksibel yang mana dapat dilakukan melalui website fogapothecary./The Covid-19 pandemic has been running for 2 years and has resulted in people being wary of cleanliness in their environment, including body parts such as hands. Hands are one of the media for the spread of the Covid-19 virus, so people need to provide hand sanitizers and home protection tools to clean their hands and the environment around them. This causes problems in the quality of fogapothecary services due to the busyness experienced by fogapothecarys when there is an increase in demand. A website-based system that is implemented in fogapothecary is needed to improve the quality of its services. To building a website quickly and according to its function, the author uses the interview method to find out the problems and functional requirements needed by the fogapothecary and uses the RAD software development methodology by doing prototyping assisted by UML in website development to improve the quality of its services. From the results of the study, it can be stated that the factors that affect customer satisfaction in fogapothecary are customer efficiency in getting information or product advantages, ordering products quickly, and ordering flexibly which can be done through the fogapothecary website.
