Abstract

PT. Kreativitas Aset Indonesia Medan exists from being the first authentication platform and marketplace trading platforms where users can buy and sell their limited edition lifestyle stuffs such as sneakers, apparel, watches, and luxury bags. The aim of this research is to investigate motivation and competence have influence toward employee performance in PT. Kreativitas Aset Indonesia Medan. The theory used in this study is related to the theory of entrepreneurship, family business, motivation, competence and employee performance. In this research, the writer used quantitative reseach design and IBM SPSS statistics V. 25. The writer used causal and descriptive research. The sampling technique used is census sampling method. The population and sample amounted to 34 employees at PT. Kreativitas Aset Indonesia Medan. The result of hypothesis test, motivation and competence have influence toward employee performance in PT. Kreativitas Aset Indonesia Medan, either partial and simultaneous. Furthermore, motivation and competence have 48% influence on employee performance. This research also passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 18,045 + 0,444 motivation + 0,334 competence + e. Recommendations from this research is that companies increase the motivation of the work is given to the employee and pay attention to the competence of the employee resulting in high employee performance in the company./PT. Kreativitas Aset Indonesia Medan berasal dari platform dan fasilitas perdagangan pasar di mana pengguna bisa membeli dan menjual peralatan gaya hidup edisi terbatas seperti sepatu, pakaian, Jam tangan, dan tas mewah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kreativitas Aset Indonesia Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan teori kewirausahaan, bisnis keluarga, motivasi, kompetensi dan kinerja . Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan kuantitatif reseach desain dan IBM SPSS statistik V 25. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kausal dan deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus sampling. Populasi dan sampel di hitung hingga 34 karyawan di PT. Kreativitas Aset Indonesia Medan. Hasil tes hipotesis, motivasi dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kreativitas Aset Indonesia Medan, baik secara parsial dan simultan. Selain itu, motivasi dan kompetensi memiliki 48% pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga melewati uji validitas, uji relabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multicollinearity, uji heteroseksual, analisis regresi linear berganda dan persamaan adalah Y = 18.045 + 0444 + 0343434. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan meningkatkan motivasi pekerjaan diberikan kepada karyawan dan memperhatikan kompetensi dari karyawan yang dihasilkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan tingginya kinerja karyawan di dalam perusahaan.
