Abstract

PT Bintang Terang, Medan was focusing on plastic bag producing commonly use in supermarket. PT Bintang Terang, Medan decreased performance who are due employee quality and working time. the aim of this research is to determine how employee quality and working time effect company performance at PT Bintang Terang, Medan. The theory used in this study is related to the theory of entrepreneurship, family business, employee quality, working time and company performance. In this research,thewriter used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS statistics V. 25. The writer used causal research. The sampling technique used is census sampling method. The population and sample amounted to 62 employees at PT Bintang Terang, Medan. The result of hypothesis test, employee quality and working time have effect on company performance, either partial and simultaneous. Furthermore, employee quality and working time have 60.1% effect on company performance. This research also passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 0.213 + 0.385 employee quality + 0.824 working time + e. Recommendations for the company include system of training which is optimal and provision of development for employees who need that aims to improve the quality of work of employees and attention and supervision of disciplinary action employee time for completion of the work required in accordance with the target time is provided by the company. /PT Bintang Terang, Medan berfokus pada produksi kantong plastik yang umumnya digunakan di supermarket. PT Bintang Terang, kinerja medan menurun yang Karena kualitas karyawan dan waktu bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana kualitas karyawan dan waktu bekerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan di PT Bintang Terang, Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan teori kewirausahaan, bisnis keluarga, kualitas karyawan, waktu Kerja dan kinerja perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan kuantitatif research desain dan IBM SPSS statistik V 25. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kausal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus sampling. Populasi dan sampel diberi 62 karyawan di PT Bintang Terang, Medan. Hasil dari teshipotesis, kualitas karyawan dan waktu kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, baik secara parsial dan simultan. Selain itu, kualitas karyawan dan waktu kerja memiliki 60,1% pengaruh terhadap kinerjap erusahaan. Penelitian ini juga melewati uji validitas, uji relabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisi sregresi linear berganda dan persamaan adalah Y = 0.25 0.385 karyawanbekerjawaktu + e. Rekomendasi untuk perusahaan termasuksistem pelatihan yang optimal dan penyediaan pembangunan untuk karyawan yang membutuhkan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaan karyawan dengan disiplin karyawan dan perhatian serta pengawasan kepada karyawan agar kinerja karyawan selesai tepat waktu.
