Abstract

The goal of this research is to figure out how total cash flow, current ratio, and accounting profit affect stock returns. Mining businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange are the focus of this investigation. From 2016 to 2020, a five-year span was selected. Total cash flow, current ratio, and accounting profit are the independent variables in this study, whereas stock returns are the dependent variable. It was a quantitative procedure that was used. Purposive sampling was utilized in this sample selection, resulting in 10 company samples from a total population of 46 enterprises. Because this study spans the years 2016 to 2020, there will be a total of 50 samples to examine. This study employs statistical tests, such as descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, in order to analyze data. The findings revealed that total cash flow, current ratio, and accounting profits all have a small but considerable impact on stock return and there is no significant effect toward the stock return./ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total arus kas, rasio lancar, dan laba akuntansi terhadap return saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode yang diambil adalah dalam kurun waktu lima tahun yaitu dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah total arus kas, rasio lancar, dan laba akuntansi, sedangkan variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah return saham. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 10 sampel perusahaan dari total populasi 46 perusahaan. Karena penelitian ini menggunakan periode dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2020, maka menghasilkan total sampel data sebanyak 50 sampel yang akan diteliti. Dalam analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik, yaitu metode yang terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengaruh total arus kas, rasio lancar, dan laba akuntansi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dan tidak ada hasil yang signifikan terhadap return saham.
