Abstract

Kehadiran sistem keamanan merupakan suatu hal yang tidak saja perlu disadari namun juga dipertimbangkan secara seksama di era modern ini. Bagi PT I yang memproduksi ban sepeda motor, pengujian kualitas terhadap produk jadi adalah aset berharga. Untuk mengujinya diperlukan pengoperasian mesin dengan parameter khusus. Sehingga tidak sembarang karyawan dapat melakukannya. Berdasarkan kepentingan tersebut, maka PT I memandang perlunya sistem smart door lock. Sistem ini dibutuhkan untuk mengendalikan karyawan yang akan mengakses ruang drum test. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan teknologi RFId (Radio Frequency Identification) bersama dengan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno untuk mengenali data yang tersimpan pada RFId tag. Lapis keamanan kedua ditambahkan melalui otentifikasi melalui pengiriman kode unik (OTP) kepada nomor telpon seluler karyawan yang tengah mencoba mengakses ruang. Dengan merespon kode unik tersebut, solenoid diaktifkan yang menyebabkan terbukanya pintu ruangan drum test tersebut. Dari serangkaian pengujian yang dilakukan, hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi sistem ini sebesar 93,3%. Jarak baca maksimal antara tag RFId dan pembaca sinyal adalah 1,0 cm. Sementara waktu rata-rata yang dibutuhkan untuk mengirim pesan berupa kode unik (OTP) adalah 7,06 detik. Terdeteksi bahwa sistem ini masih mengandung kesalahan oleh karena lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan sistem untuk mengirimkan pesan kode unik (OTP) ke nomor telepon seluler. Pengaruh terbesar adalah tegangan yang kurang stabil pada modul SIM800L. / The presence of a security system is something that not only needs to be realized but also considered carefully in this modern era. For PT I, which produces motorcycle tires, quality testing of the finished product is a valuable asset. To test it, it is necessary to operate the machine with special parameters. So not just any employee can do it. Based on these interests, PT I sees the need for a smart door lock system. This system is needed to control employees who will access the drum test room. The design of this system uses RFId (Radio Frequency Identification) technology together with the Arduino Uno microcontroller to recognize the data stored on the RFId tag. A second layer of security is added through authentication by sending a unique code (OTP) to the cell phone numbers of employees trying to access the room. By responding to this unique code, the solenoid is activated which causes the drum test chamber door to open. From a series of tests carried out, the test results show the accuracy of this system is 93,3%. The maximum read distance between the RFId tag and the signal reader is 1.0 cm. Meanwhile, the average time needed to send a message in the form of a unique code (OTP) is 7.06 seconds. It was detected that this system still contains errors due to the length of time it takes the system to send a unique code message (OTP) to a cellular phone number. The biggest influence is the unstable voltage on the SIM800L module.
