Abstract

Every organization or company must be able to compete cooperatively in the era of globalization, technological advancements, and the changing nature of workers today in order to survive and continue to grow. This research is conducted to find out the effects of Leadership, Extrinsic Reward, and Intrinsic Reward towards Employee Performance on employees at PT Greenex Sumatera Mandiri, Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach to the analysis technique using SPSS software version 25.0. Sample used in this research are the employees of PT Greenex Sumatera Mandiri Medan who are between the age group of 18-60-year-old, with gender wise of either male or female, prior to the time when the questionnaire is being distributed, 37 respondents from PT Greenex employees. The sampling method used in this research is probability sampling method. The final output of this research shows some differences between the two objects, which in PT Greenex Sumatera Mandiri Medan, there are two hypotheses are being rejected, which Extrinsic Reward has no significant influence on Employee Performance, and Intrinsic Reward has no significant influence on Employee Performance. As for the one remaining hypotheses, the result indicates that Leadership significantly Employee Performance. In addition, the writer is expected that the same or modified model can be applied to different objects of the future research, in the hope to get more generalized result on the factors affecting Employee Performance./Setiap organisasi atau perusahaan harus mampu bersaing secara kooperatif di era globalisasi, kemajuan teknologi, dan perubahan sifat pekerja saat ini agar dapat bertahan dan terus berkembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Imbalan Ekstrinsik, dan Imbalan Intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada karyawan di PT Greenex Sumatera Mandiri, Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 25.0. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Greenex Sumatera Mandiri Medan yang berusia antara 18-60 tahun, dengan jenis kelamin baik laki-laki atau perempuan, sebelum saat penyebaran kuesioner, 37 responden dari karyawan PT Greenex. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode probability sampling. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara kedua objek tersebut, dimana pada PT Greenex Sumatera Mandiri Medan terdapat dua hipotesis yang ditolak, yaitu Ekstrinsik Reward tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Intrinsik Reward tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pertunjukan. Sedangkan untuk satu hipotesis yang tersisa, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sebagai tambahan, penulis mengharapkan model yang sama atau yang dimodifikasi dapat diterapkan pada objek penelitian yang berbeda di masa depan, dengan harapan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih umum tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan.
