Abstract

PT. Bersatu Jadi Jaya is a company that focuses on forwarder services by serving the delivery of packages and cargo between provinces in Indonesia. The company's services that focus on domestic shipping make the company have many business rivals so that the company's priority is the satisfaction of its customers. In practice, the company's expedition service business process is still manual based, so every customer must come to the company to deliver cargo. The system is less effective and efficient because many customers complain that the company is quite far from their respective locations and the condition of the long and long cargo delivery data input queue, making customers have to wait in queues to be served. The solution offered is to build an expedition information system that can make it easier for customers to use expedition services. Testing on customer satisfaction was carried out using the eucs method and the average value of the respondents was 4.19, which means that customers were satisfied with the content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and speed of the expedition information system that was built/PT. Bersatu Jadi Jaya adalah sebuah perusahaan yang berfokus pada jasa forwarder dengan melayani pengiriman paket dan cargo antarprovinsi di Indonesia. Jasa perusahaan yang berfokus pada ekspedisi domestik membuat perusahaan memiliki banyak saingan bisnis sehingga prioritas perusahaan adalah kepuasan dari pelanggannya. Pada praktiknya, proses bisnis jasa ekspedisi perusahaan masih berbasis manual sehingga setiap pelanggan harus mendatangi perusahaan untuk melakukan pengiriman cargo. Sistem tersebut kurang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan banyak pelanggan yang mengeluhkan jarak perusahaan yang cukup jauh dari lokasi masing-masing serta kondisi antrian input data pengiriman cargo yang panjang dan lama sehingga membuat pelanggan harus menunggu dalam antrian untuk dapat dilayani. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah membangun sebuah sistem informasi ekspedisi yang dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa ekspedisi. Pengujian terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eucs dan mendapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata responden adalah 4,19 yang berarti pelanggan merasa puas dengan isi, akurasi, format, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kecepatan dari sistem informasi ekspedisi yang dibangun.
