Abstract

PT Blackstone Indonesia is a digital agency company that offers solutions which covers most important aspects in marketing. The internship program takes place from 8 January 2018 to 8 April 2018. Projects done by the intern was to make WordPress theme for an outsource company which will be useful as a company profile and as a place for e-recruitment activity which is an online job registration. The e-recruitment activity is carried out by the job seekers and a third party, in this case, an outsourcing company that joins the relationship between the job seeking activity with the company requiring human resources. The e-recruitment system will facilitate the recruitment process that previously has a manual process such as bringing required files to the outsourcing company office, by changing it with an online system that can handle the job registration and submit the required files through a website. The developed WordPress theme by the intern used a child theme technique to adjust the parent theme that already exists with a reference design which was given by the company. Feature addition and functionalities in the website, such as search system with narrowing search, job vacancy slider, and a thumbnail, are using suitable plugins to fulfill the feature’s objective. The plugin implementation is also based with the objective to make the development phase faster. Thereafter, the intern was given another task to set the contents and structure of a WordPress based website for the importance of the company profile. At the end of the internship period, a functional WordPress theme for an outsourcing company and a static company website as a requirement for a company profile has been created./ PT Blackstone Indonesia merupakan perusahaan digital agency yang menawarkan solusi pemasaran meliputi sebagian besar aspek penting dalam hal pemasaran. Kegiatan magang dilakukan dari tanggal 8 Januari 2018 sampai 8 April 2018. Proyek yang dikerjakan oleh pemagang adalah membuat tema WordPress untuk perusahaan alih daya yang akan berguna sebagai company profile serta sebagai wadah kegiatan e-recruitment yang merupakan pendaftaran kerja secara online. Kegiatan e-recruitment ini dilakukan antara pencari pekerjaan dan pihak ketiga, dalam hal ini perusahaan alih daya yang menjembatani hubungan kegiatan pencarian kerja dengan perusahaan yang memerlukan sumber daya manusia. Sistem e-recruitment akan memudahkan proses perekerutan kerja yang sebelumnya memiliki proses manual seperti membawa berkas yang diperlukan ke kantor perusahaan alih daya, digantikan dengan sistem online yang dapat registrasi, mendaftar pekerjaan serta memasukkan berkas yang diperlukan melalui website. Tema WordPress yang dikembangkan oleh pemagang menggunakan teknik tema turunan untuk menyesuaikan tema dasar yang telah ada untuk disesuaikan terhadap desain acuan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Penambahan fitur serta fungsionalitas dalam situs seperti sistem pencarian dengan penyempitan pencarian, slider lowongan pekerjaan dan thumbnail menggunakan plugin-plugin yang sesuai sehingga tujuan fitur tercapai. Implementasi plugin juga didasari dengan tujuan mempercepat fase pembangunan. Berikutnya pemagang diberikan tugas lain untuk mengatur konten serta struktur dari suatu situs berbasis WordPress untuk kepentingan company profile. Pada akhir masa kegiatan magang ini telah menghasilkan tema WordPress yang fungsional untuk perusahaan alih daya serta situs statis perusahaan untuk keperluan company profile.
