Abstract

Banyak orang atau pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab sengaja membuka lahan untuk tempat penginapan maupun pemukiman. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan akibat ulah manusia itu sendiri. Dampak perubahan ekosistem oleh manusia akan menyebabkan konsekuensi yang meluas dan bertahan lama. Hal ini dapat mencangkup kematian hewan, tumbuhan, dan bahkan menyebabkan kematian pada manusia. Pembukaan lahan untuk pembangunan penginapan yang diminati masyarakat untuk menopang eksistensi gaya hidup modern, kurang disadari sebagai faktor penyumbang terjadinya peningkatan suhu global. Bogor memiliki daya tarik yang mengundang para wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke kota tersebut. Hal tersebut dapat menjadikan salah satu faktor berkembangnya bidang pariwisata di kota Bogor. Kota Bogor memiliki fokus tujuan untuk mengurangi emisi karbon, serta mementingkan mobilitas keberlanjutan (sustainable) dan penanganan limbah. Oleh karena itu tujuannya untuk mengakomodasi fasilitas bagi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara dengan menggunakan pendekatan green material. Green material adalah konsep yang memperhitungkan dampak lingkungan dari penggunaan material pada sebuah bangunan. Dengan kata lain, desain dan penggunaan material pada sebuah bangunan harus mempertimbangan kondisi lingkungan sekitar./ Many people or parties who are not responsible intentionally clear land for lodging and settlements. This can cause environmental damage due to human activity itself. The impact of changes in ecosystems by humans will have far-reaching and longlasting consequences. This can include the death of animals, plants, and even death in humans. Land clearing for the construction of lodging that is of interest to the community to support the existence of a modern lifestyle is less recognized as a contributing factor to the increase in global temperature. Bogor has an attraction that invites tourists to visit the city. This can make one of the factors for the development of the tourism sector in the city of Bogor. The city of Bogor has a goal focus on reducing carbon emissions, and attaches importance to sustainable mobility and waste management. Therefore, the goal is to accommodate facilities for local and foreign tourists by using a green material approach. Green material is a concept that takes into account the environmental impact of using materials in a building. In other words, the design and use of materials in a building must consider the surrounding environmental conditions.
