Abstract
Desain yang digunakan dalam perencanaan adalah pendekatan multisensori. Kuliner yang berada dalam perencanaan merupakan makanan khas masing - masing budaya yang memiliki ciri khas, sehingga pengunjung dapat mempelajari budaya dan menikmati makanan. Dalam kebudayaan Tionghoa, makanan merupakan pemersatu kehidupan sosial. Tetapi, karena pengaruh karakter komunal dalam budaya Jawa, masyarakat Tionghoa Peranakan memiliki kebudayaan makan di luar, dan kumpul - kumpul bersama teman bisnis, kerabat, atau keluarga./ The design used in planning is a multisensory approach. Culinary that is in the planning is the typical food of each culture and enjoy the food. In Chinese Culture, food is the unifer of social life. However, due to the influence of the communal character in Javanese culture, the Peranakan have a culture of eating out, and gathering with friends, relatives, or family.
