Abstract

Dalam perkembangan pelaku otomotif di Indonesia, komunitas otomotif menjadi wadah utama bagi pelaku otomotif untuk mengembangkan hobi dan minatnya di dunia otomotif khususnya pada kendaraan roda dua yaitu motor. Namun apabila dilihat lebih dalam lagi, banyak fenomena-fenomena di sekitar komunitas otomotif yang bahkan sudah melekat dan dianggap sebagai gaya hidup para komunitas motor itu sendiri, seperti fenomena disfungsi fasilitas umum dalam kapasitas yang besar atau “kopdar”, kebisingan yang dihasilkan oleh kendaraan yang mengganggu masyarakat di sekitar, ataupun juga kekacauan yang lumrah terjadi yang biasanya berawal dari balap liar yang menuju ke perkelahian individu, bahkan tawuran antar kelompok. Oleh karena itu, pewadahan komunitas motor dalam satu pusat otomotif yang terintegrasi adalah sebuah hal yang patut dipertimbangkan, sehingga dampak fenomena yang sedang berlangsung tersebut dapat terakomodasi dengan baik di satu tempat. Begitu pun dengan kesadaran terhadap polusi udara yang mungkin terjadi, perancangan bangunan ini hendak mengambil pendekatan Healthy Building yang bisa meminimalisir hal tersebut bahkan mengolah sirkulasi dan kualitas udara di bangunan tersebut menjadi sehat bagi pengguna bangunan pusat otomotif itu sendiri, atau bahkan masyarakat dan lingkungan pada umumnya. / In the development of the automotive players in Indonesia, the automotive community become the main forum for its players to develop their hobbiews and interests in automotive realm, especially in two-wheeled vehicles, namely motorcycles. However, if we look more deeply, there are many phenomena around the automotive community that have even been attached and consideres a lifestyle for the community itself, such as dysfunction of public facilities in a large capacity or “kopdar”, the noise generated by fast vehicles, or also disorder that occur which usually start from illegal racing, leading to individual fights, even brawls between groups which harms the community itself, also harms others. Thus, the needs to accommodate the activites of the automotive community activity in an integrated automotive center is worth to consider, so these ongoing phenomena can be well accommodated in one place. Also, the awareness of the air pollution that might involves, on account of this, the design will take Healthy Building approach which could minimized the effect, and on the contrary, processed the circulation and quality of the air in the building becomes healthy for the motorcycle community itself, or even society and environment in general.
