Abstract

Masalah kesehatan mental perlu diperhatikan oleh masyarakat khususnya di Indonesia, mengingat banyaknya kasus masalah kesehatan mental di Indonesia.Dukungan sosial berpengaruh baik untuk mempromosikan pentingnya kesehatan mental pada masyarakat, sehingga diadakan suatu pameran yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan isu kesehatan mental, yang berfokus pada pengalaman sekuensial pengunjung sehingga pengunjung mendapat informasi tentang narasi yang ingin disampaikan, yaitu pemulihan orang dengan gangguan mental dan menemukan kehidupan yang bermakna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif. Pendekatan naratif ini berpusat pada pengalaman partisipan(Squire, 2008) yang juga didukung oleh studi literatur dan dianalisa mengenai keterkaitannya dengan tujuan penulisan ini serta implementasinya dalam desain ruang, ditinjau dari segi spasial / Mental health problems need to be considered by the public, especially in Indonesia, given the many cases of mental health problems in Indonesia. Social support has a good effect on promoting the importance of mental health in society, so an exhibition is held that aims to increase public awareness of mental health issues, which focuses on the sequential experience of visitors so that visitors get information about the narrative to be conveyed, namely the recovery of people with mental disorders and discover meaningful life. This study uses a qualitative research method with a narrative approach. This narrative approach is centered on the experience of the participants (Squire, 2008) which is also supported by a literature study and analyzed in relation to the purpose of this paper and its implementation in spatial design.
