Abstract

Kepuasan mahasiswa merupakan faktor utama yang dapat mencerminkan kualitas dari pembelajaran yang diberikan perguruan tinggi terutama di tingkat universitas.Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh perguruan tinggi di tingkat universitas terutama pada studi peminatan kewirausahaan. Hasil sampel data penelitian ini yaitu 163 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa di tingkat universitas yang sedang mengambil dan telah menyelesaikan peminatan mengenai kewirausahaan. Sampel data responden kemudian dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.3.3 untuk mengetahui hasil uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hasil uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan kewirausahaan, kompetisi kewirausahaan, pembelajaran kewirausahaan, dan praktik kewirausahaan. / Student satisfaction is a major factor that can reflect the quality of learning given by universities, especially at the university level. The purpose of the study to find out what factors can increase student satisfaction with the learning given by universities at the university level, especially in the study of entrepreneurship specialization. The results of this research data sample from 163 respondents are the students at university level that take and completing entrepreneurship specialization. The respondent's data sample was then tested by using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 application to find out the results of the test validity, reliability, and test results of hypotheses. The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed that student satisfaction had a positive effect on entrepreneurial policies, entrepreneurial competition, entrepreneurial learning, and entrepreneurial practice.
