Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh negatif Pengetahuan akan Hukum Untuk Promosi Kewirausahaan Wanita, Akses Perempuan Terhadap Beasiswa Pendidikan, Perempuan Status Lajang dan Politisi Perempuan terhadap Persepsi Diskriminasi Kewirausahaan Wanita pada alumni S1 FEB UPH dengan fenomena yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya diskriminasi yang terjadi terhadap Women Entrepreneurs. Universitas Pelita Harapan merupakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang di jalankan oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan yang terletak di Lippo Village, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia yang memiliki lulusan atau alumni yang merupakan women entrepreneurs yang mengalami diskriminasi, hal ini dapat di lihat melalui hasil dari kuesioner eksplorasi yang sudah disebarkan oleh peneliti terhadap alumni S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) UPH. Banyak sekali wanita yang mempunyai karir sebagai woman entrepreneurs pada era modern ini yang masih mengalami diskriminasi gender, oleh karena itu perlu di berikan awareness kepada banyak anak muda dan kepada banyak orang untuk sadar sehingga diskriminasi yang terjadi di berbagai situasi dan tempat dapat berkurang. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan peneliti ialah penelitian kuantiatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probabilitas yaitu sampel purposif dengan jumlah 82 responden dan responden studi pendahuluan berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert 1-5 poin dan akan di olah data menggunakan SPSS. Adapun analisis data yang di lakukan adalah menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis data yang sudah di lakukan peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan terhadap hukum dan politisi perempuan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi diskriminasi kewirausahaan wanita, dan akses perempuan terhadap beasiswa pendidikan dan perempuan status lajang tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap persepsi diskriminasi kewirausahaan wanita. Penelitian ini memiliki manfaat dalam meningkatkan kesadaran bagi masyarakat-masyarakat dalam memahami faktor yang menyebabkan persepsi diskriminasi terhadap wanita berwirausaha / This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the negative effect of Knowledge of Law for Promotion of Women's Entrepreneurship, Women's Access to Education Scholarships, Single Woman and Female Politicians towards Perception of Discrimination against Female Entrepreneurship on UPH’s FEB Bachelor Graduates. Pelita Harapan University is a higher education institution run by the Pelita Harapan Education Foundation located in Lippo Village, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. There are women entrepreneurs who experience discrimination who graduated from UPH, this can be seen through by the results from an exploratory questionnaire conducted by the researcher that has been distributed to UPH’s Faculty of Economic and Business (FEB) Bachelor Graduates. There are so many women who have careers as woman entrepreneurs in this modern era who still experienced gender discrimination, therefore it is necessary to give awareness to many young people and to many people to be aware so that discrimination that occurs in various situations and places can be reduced. The type of research used by the researcher is quantitative research. Sampling used a non-probability technique, namely a purposive sample with a total of 82 respondents and and the respondents of the preliminary study are 30 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a likert scale 1-5 poinand the data will be processed using SPSS. The data analysis is carried out using the classical assumption test. The results of data analysis that have been carried out conclude that knowledge of the law and women politicians has negative and significant effect on the perception of discrimination in women's entrepreneurship, and women’s access to educational scholarship and single women did not have any negative and significant effect towards perception of discrimination in women’s entrepreneurship. This research has benefits in increasing awareness for the community in understanding the factors that cause perceptions of discrimination against women in entrepreneurship.
