Abstract

PT. Duta Laserindo Metal adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fabrikasi dan manufaktur perakitan lembaran logam yang terkemuka di Indonesia. Dalam menjalankan operasionalnya, pekerja pada PT. Duta Laserindo Metal kerap kali dihadapkan pada situasi di mana terjadi interaksi antar pekerja, ataupun antar divisi. Akan tetapi, dikarenakan jumlah pekerja yang banyak serta pekerjaan yang beragam, PT. Duta Laserindo Metal sering kali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatasi proses interaksi tersebut. PT. Duta Laserindo Metal melihat kesulitan tersebut sebagai peluang bisnis. Oleh sebab itu, PT. Duta Laserindo Metal memutuskan untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses interaksi antar pekerja dan pengaturan tugas. Pada aplikasi ini, dibutuhkan sistem contact untuk memungkinkan interaksi antar pekerja. Aplikasi ini juga akan dibuka untuk penggunaan umum. Pengembangan aplikasi akan dilakukan dengan metode Agile SCRUM. Tanggung jawab yang diberikan adalah merancang dan membuat sistem contact, serta mengimplementasikan beberapa fitur-fitur yang berhubungan dengan front-end aplikasi, yang akan dilakukan dengan bahasa pemrograman Dart Flutter, dan memanfaatkan framework Google Firebase. Pengujian juga akan dilakukan setelah semua sistem dan fitur selesai dibuat dan diimplementasi. Sistem contact telah berhasil dirancang dan dibuat. Fitur-fitur front-end juga telah berhasil diimplementasikan. Pengujian juga telah dilakukan oleh tim pengembang dengan metode White Box Testing menggunakan teknik path testing untuk menguji semua kemungkinan alur yang dapat terjadi dari sistem dan fitur-fitur yang telah dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem serta fitur yang dirancang dan dibuat telah berjalan dengan baik./PT. Duta Laserindo Metal is a leading sheet metal fabrication and assembly company in Indonesia. In carrying out its operations, workers at PT. Duta Laserindo Metal are often faced with situations where there is interaction between workers, or between divisions. However, due to the substantial number of workers and various jobs, PT. Duta Laserindo Metal often has difficulty in overcoming the interaction process. PT. Duta Laserindo Metal sees this difficulty as a business opportunity. Therefore, PT. Duta Laserindo Metal has decided to create an application that can help the interaction process between workers and task arrangements. In this application, a contact system is needed to allow interaction between workers. This application will also be published for public use. Application development will be carried out using the Agile SCRUM method. The responsibility given is to design and create a contact system, as well as implement several features related to the application's front-end, which will be carried out using the Dart Flutter programming language and utilizing the Google Firebase framework. Testing will also be carried out after all systems and features have been created and implemented. The contact system has been successfully designed and built. Front-end features have also been successfully implemented. Testing has also been carried out by the development team using the White Box Testing method using path testing techniques to test all possible flows that can occur from the system and features that have been created. Based on the test results, the system and features designed and built have been running well.
