Abstract

Stroke in Indonesia experienced significant improvement. Stroke patients increased every year both hemorrhagic stroke and non-hemorrhagic stroke. Stroke becomes a disease that takes a lot of medical expenses from his patients, not only that stroke is the cause of death and second paralysis cause in Indonesia. The purpose of this literature review is to identify the different risk factors of hemorrhagic and non-hemorrhagic stroke in Indonesia. This study uses literature review method with simplified approach as data analysis by collecting data from Google Scholar, One Search and portal garuda which then analyzed with critical appraisal so that get the difference result of risk factor of hemorrhagic and nonhemorrhagic stroke in Indonesia. The results of five articles that have been studied are different in risk factors of hemorrhagic and non-hemorrhagic stroke in Indonesia, stroke risk factors that can be modified or can be changed, among others, aneurysms, consumption of drugs or alcohol and the existence of tumor surgery / Stroke di Indonesia mengalami penigkatan yang signifikan. Penderita stroke meningkat setiap tahunnya baik stroke hemoragik maupun stroke nonhemoragik. Stroke menjadi penyakit yang memakan banyak biaya pengobatan dari pasiennya, tidak hanya itu stroke merupakan penyebab kematian dan kelumpuhan kedua di Indonesia. Tujuan dari kajian literatur ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan faktor risiko stroke hemoragik dan nonhemoragik di Indonesia Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan simplified approach sebagai analisa data dengan mengumpulkan data dari database Google Scholar, OneSearch dan portal garuda yang kemudian akan dianalisa dengan critical appraisal sehingga mendapatkan hasil perbedaan faktor risiko stroke hemoragik dan nonhemoragik di Indonesia. Hasil dari lima artikel yang sudah diteliti yaitu perbedaan faktor risiko stroke hemoragik dan nonhemoragik di Indonesia yaitu faktor risiko stroke yang dapat dimodifikasi atau yang dapat diubah antara lain aneurisma, pengkonsumsian narkoba atau alkohol dan adanya operasi tumor.
