Abstract

"Balanced Scorecard merupakan salah satu metode dalam merencanakan dan mengukur kinerja perusahaan melalui empat perspektif yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Metode ini telah umum dipakai untuk perusahaan besar dengan skala multinasional, namun pada perusahaan nasional dalam negeri penerapannya masih sangat kurang, khususnya pada perusahaan jasa survei dan inspeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Balanced Scorecard sebagai metode evaluasi kinerja pada perusahaan jasa survei dan inspeksi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dan pelanggan PT Carsurin dan PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja PT Carsurin dan PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia. Hasil koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square sebesar 80,3% untuk PT Carsurin dan 76,6% PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa tingginya pengaruh faktor perspektif yang ada dalam Balanced Scorecard terhadap evaluasi kinerja perusahaan, sehingga Balanced Scorecard dapat dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan sebagai metode evaluasi kinerja perusahaan jasa survei dan inspeksi. / The Balanced Scorecard is a method of planning and measuring company performance through four perspectives, including financial, customers, internal business processes also learning and growth. This method has been commonly used for large multinational companies, but in domestic national companies its application is still very lacking, especially in survey and inspection service companies. This study aims to analyze the application of the Balanced Scorecard as a method of measuring performance in survey and inspection service companies. The population in this research were employees and customers of PT Carsurin and PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia. The sample in this research were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective also learning and growth perspective show that partially or simultaneously have a significant positive impact on the performance of PT Carsurin and PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia. The results of the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination of 80.3% for PT Carsurin and 76.6% for PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia indicate that the high influence of perspective factors in the Balanced Scorecard on measuring company performance, so that the Balanced Scorecard can be declared feasible to be used as a performance measurement method for survey and inspection service companies."
