Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tata Kelola, Firm Size, Debt To Equity Ratio, Umur Perusahaan, Risiko Likuiditas Dan Risiko Operasional Terhadap Kinerja keuangan. Jumlah sampel perbankan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan berasal dari data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan baik di situs resmi perusahaan ataupun situs terkait lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen, yaitu tata kelola, firm size, debt to equity ratio, umur perusahaan, risiko likuiditas dan risiko operasional mampu mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel dependen sebesar 0.5873 atau 58,73%. Selain itu, hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Umur perusahaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Rasio likuiditas tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Risiko operasional tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan / This study was conducted to determine the effect of Governance, Firm Size, Debt To Equity Ratio, Company Age, Liquidity Risk and Operational Risk on Financial Performance. The number of banking samples used in this study were 46 which were selected based on the purposive sampling method. The data used comes from secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements published either on the company's official website or other related sites. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely governance, firm size, debt to equity ratio, company age, liquidity risk and operational risk are able to affect financial performance as the dependent variable by 0.5873 or 58.73%. In addition, the results of this study also show that governance does not have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Company age has no positive and insignificant effect on financial performance. The liquidity ratio has no effect and is not significant on financial performance. Operational risk has no effect and is not significant on financial performance
