Abstract

Agan Barbershop adalah salahsatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pangkas rambut. Proses bisnis yang terdapat pada perusahaan Agan Barbershop tidak luput dari berbagai permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan. Selama ini kegiatan pemangkasan rambut dilakukan oleh customer yang bersangkutan dengan cara datang langsung ketempat Agan barbershop tersebut. Hal ini kemudian menyebabkan terjadinya antrian, ketika banyak customer yang datang dan banyak customer yang pindah ke barbershop lain karena tidak mau mengantri serta masih menggunakan pembayaran secara manual artinya pelanggan membayar setelah selesai pangkas rambut hal ini menyebabkan waktu yang lama apabila pelanggan menggunakan uang yang lebih karena harus menunggu untuk mendapatkan kembalian uang. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pemesanan dan rekomendasi model gaya rambut pada Agan Barbershop berbasis website, yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan customer untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak informasi dan melakukan pemesanan jasa melalui websiter tersebut. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototyping, demgan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan Framework CodeIgniter. Pemodelan sistem dibuat menggunakan notasi UML yaitu Use case diagram, activity digaram, class diagram dan table relationship diagram. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sistem informasi pemesanan dan rekomendasi model gaya rambut pada Agan Barbershop dapat membantu para customer untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak informasi dan melakukan pemesanan jasa melalui website dimana saja dan kapan saja selama masih terhubung dengan jaringan internet. / Agan Barbershop is one of the companies engaged in barbershop services. The business process contained in the company Agan Barbershop does not escape from various problems that occur in the field. During this time the hair trimming activity was carried out by the customer concerned by coming directly to the barbershop's place. This then causes queues, when many customers come and many customers move to other barbershops because they do not want to queue and still use manual payments meaning customers pay after finishing barbershops this causes a long time if customers use more money because they have to wait to get a change of money. Therefore, this final task aims to design and build an order information system and hairstyle model recommendations on the website-based Agan Barbershop, which is expected to make it easier for customers to get more information and place ordering services through the websiter. The system was developed using prototyping methods, using the PHP programming language and the CodeIg iter Framework. System modeling is made using UML notation, namely Use case diagrams, taped activities, diagram classes and table relationship diagrams. The result of this final task is the order information system and hairstyle model recommendations at Agan Barbershop can help customers to get more information and place ordering services through the website anywhere and anytime as long as it is still connected to the internet network.
