Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang semakin pesat menjadikan perusahaan harus mampu menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan penjualan serta menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk menunjukan eksistensi perusahaan tersebut. Pada saat ini, PT Pangan Satwa Indonesia berfokus pada menjual produk dengan market yang sangat niche, yaitu produk yang berputar pada kebutuhan hewan peliharaan. Contoh produk yang perusahaan tersebut pasarkan antara lain pasir untuk kucing, makanan kucing maupun anjing, dan barang-barang lain yang biasanya dapat ditemui di dalam pet shop atau toko yang menjual keperluan hewan peliharaan. Terlebih lagi kondisi pandemi yang membuat mobilitas terbatas sehingga dalam memperoleh kebutuhan tertentu tidak dapat dibandingkan dengan sewaktu sebelum terjadinya pandemi.hal tersebut membuat PT Pangan Satwa Indonesia harus memperhatikan jalannya promosi produk agar penjualan tetap stabil serta produk yang dipasarkan dikenal masyarakat. Salah satu caranya adalah meningkatkan komunikasi pemasaran melalui aktivitas media sosial Instagram yang kini memiliki dampak yang besar bagi sebuah perusahaan. Kegiatan magang yang dilakukan adalah memperbaiki serta meningkatkan aktivitas media sosial Instagram yang dimiliki oleh PT Pangan Satwa Indonesia menjadi lebih konsisten,terarah, dan terstruktur sehingga konten yang diunggah mendapatkan perhatian serta mudah dipahami masyarakat khususnya pet owner terhadap produk pasir kucing ForCats yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk ForCats./ The development of an increasingly rapid era makes companies must be able to use social media as a means to increase sales and use social media as a means to show the existence of the company. Currently, PT Pangan Satwa Indonesia focuses on selling products with a very niche market, namely products that revolve around the needs of pets. Examples of products that the company markets include cat litter, cat and dog food, and other items that can usually be found in pet shops or stores that sell pet necessities. Moreover, the pandemic conditions that make mobility limited so that obtaining certain needs cannot be compared to before the pandemic. This makes PT Pangan Satwa Indonesia have to pay attention to the promotion of products so that sales remain stable and the products marketed are known to the public. One way is to improve marketing communications through Instagram's social media activities, which now have a huge impact on a company. The internship activity carried out is to improve and increase Instagram social media activities owned by PT Pangan Satwa Indonesia to be more consistent, directed, and structured so that the uploaded content gets attention and is easily understood by the public, especially pet owners for ForCats cat litter products that can influence purchasing decisions. ForCats products.
