Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Pengembangan Diri dan Keterlibatan Kerja Karyawan PT XYZ. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan food & beverage yang saat ini memiliki tingkat keterlibatan kerja rendah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya karyawan yang datang terlambat ke tempat kerja serta masalah yang timbul diantara karyawan akibat kurangnya komitmen dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan purposive sampling, dimana responden yang digunakan merupakan 235 karyawan tetap dan tidak tetap PT XYZ yang berlokasi kerja di wilayah Jakarta dan Tangerang dengan masa kerja lebih dari enam bulan di PT XYZ. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan diri karyawan, pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan diri karyawan, kerjasama tim berpengaruh negatif terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan, pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan, pengembangan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan, serta pengembangan diri mampu memediasi pengaruh kerjasama tim dan pengembangan karier terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memiliki manfaat bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan kerjasama tim, pengembangan karier, dan pengembangan diri guna meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja karyawan, serta menjadi referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya / This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Teamwork and Career Development on Self-Development and Employee Work Involvement of PT XYZ. PT XYZ is a food & beverage company that currently has a low level of work involvement. This is indicated by the number of employees who come late to work and the problems that arise among employees due to a lack of commitment in doing work. The type of research used by the researcher is quantitative research. Sampling used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, where the respondents used were 235 permanent and non-permanent employees of PT XYZ who worked in the Jakarta and Tangerang areas who had worked for more than six months at PT XYZ. The data collection technique used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee self-development,career development has a positive and significant impact on employee self-development, teamwork has a negative effect on employee job involvement, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job involvement, self-development has a positive and significant effect on employee job involvement, and self-development is able to mediate the effect of teamwork and career development on employee job involvement. This research provides benefits for companies in formulating policies related to teamwork, career development, and self-development in order to increase employee work involvement, and become a reference for further research.
