Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu variable penting yang menentukan keberhasilan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di sebuah Rumah Sakit. Variabel tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain budaya organisasi, perilaku kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, perilaku kepemimpinan, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode analitik observasional pendekatan potong lintang PLS- SEM dengan sampel penelitian 204 tenaga kesehatan di RS Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi yang diambil secara sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diproses dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif, statistik inferensial, dan uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan program pengolahan data SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, perilaku kepemimpinan, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan. Budaya organisasi juga secara positif turut mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan perilaku kepemimpinan. Budaya organisasi juga mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi kerja dan perilaku kepemimpinan secara tidak langsung./Job satisfaction is one of the important variables that determine the success performance of health workers in a hospital. This variable can be influenced by several factors, including organizational culture, leadership behavior and work motivation. This study aimed to analyze the effect of organizational culture, leadership behavior, and work motivation on job satisfaction of health workers at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Hospital. An analytical observational cross-sectional approach was carried out with a total sampling of 204 health workers at the Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Hospital. Data that were collected using an online-questionnaire, were then processed and analyzed using a descriptive approach, inferential statistics, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicated that organizational culture, leadership behavior, and work motivation have a positive effect on job satisfaction of health workers. Organizational culture also positively influenced work motivation and leadership behavior. Organizational culture also indirectly affected job satisfaction through work motivation and leadership behavior.
