Abstract

Pandemi COVID19 telah membawa banyak perubahan pada perilaku organisasi dalam menjawab tantangan dan meningkatkan daya saing. Hal ini mendorong banyak pekerja untuk beradaptasi pada pola kerja yang baru salah satunya seperti hybrid working. Di samping itu, fenomena baru terjadi seperti penyelesaian pekerjaan di luar jam kerja normal dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang disebut Technology-Assisted Supplemental Work (TASW). Hal ini dapat dialami oleh para pekerja dimana batasan antara jam kerja normal dan jam tidak bekerja menjadi tidak tegas, hingga memberikan masalah pada work-life balance karyawan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Zoonen et al. (2021) dengan tujuan untuk melihat adanya pengaruh positif atau negatif dari Collaboration Technology Use dan Response Expectations terhadap TASW, serta kemampuan Persistence of Communication dalam memoderasi hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut pada TASW. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Bank Indonesia baik di kantor pusat, kantor perwakilan dalam negeri dan luar negeri yang menerima penjadwalan kerja work from office dan work from home sebanyak 200 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan skala Likert dalam pengumpulan data. Uji asumsi klasik, multikolonieritas, multiple regression, dan multilevel regression digunakan sebagai teknik analisa data menggunakan program SPSS ver. 26 . Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari Collaboration Technology Use pada TASW, adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari Response Expectations tingkat tim pada TASW, Response Expectations tingkat tim tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan dari Collaboration Technology Use dan TASW, Persistence of Communication tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan positif antara Collaboration Technology Use dan TASW, dan Persistence of Communication tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan positif antara Response Expectations tingkat tim dan TASW./ The COVID19 pandemic has brought many changes in organizational behavior in responding to challenges and increasing competitiveness. This encourage a lot of workers to adapt with a new working life style such as a hybrid working. In addition, a new phenomenon occurs such as job completion in non-work time by using technology called Technology-Assisted Supplemental Work (TASW). This can be experienced by workers who is unable to make a straight boundaries between work and non work time, thus causing problems in the work-life balance. This study is an adoption of research conducted by Zoonen et al. (2021) with the purpose to analyze the positive or negative relationship between Collaboration Technology Use and Response Expectations on TASW, also to find the ability of Persistence of Communication to moderate the relationship between those two variables on TASW. The subject of this research are 200 workers in Bank Indonesia from the head office, domestic and overseas representatives offices who are scheduled to work from office and work from home. This research is an quantitative research using purposive sampling techniques with Likert scale in data collection. Classic assumption test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression test, and multilevel regression are used as data analysis techniques using SPSS ver. 26. The result of this research shows there is a positive significant relationship between Collaboration Technology Use and TASW, there is a positive significant affect of team level Response Expectations to TASW, team level Response Expectations cannot moderate the positive relationship between Collaboration Technology Use and TASW, Persistence of Communication cannot moderate the positive relationship between Collaboration Technology Use and TASW, and Persistence of Communication cannot moderate the positive relationship between team level Response Expectations and TASW.
