Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 sampel. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu profitabilitas yang diukur dengan rasio Return on Assets, leverage yang diukur dengan rasio Debt to Equity Ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan yang diukur dengan Log Natural aset perusahaan. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan rasio Price to Book Value. Variabel kontrol penelitian ini menggunakan umur perusahaan yang diukur dengan umur perusahaan sejak IPO. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) profitabilitas mempunyai dampak positif terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan LQ45 yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2017 hingga 2019. 2) Leverage tidak memberi dampak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan LQ45 yang ada Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2017 hingga 2019. 3) Umur Perusahaan memberi dampak positif atas nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan LQ45 yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2017 hingga 2019. 4) Variabel kontrol dalam penelitian ini yaitu umur perusahaan memberikan dampak positif pada perusahaan LQ45 yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2017 hingga 2019. /This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, and firm size on firm value with firm age as a control variable. The population in this study are all LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2019. In this study, the sampling technique was determined using purposive sampling, and based on predetermined criteria, the number of samples was 135 companies. The independent variables in this study are profitability as measured by the Return on Assets ratio, leverage as measured by the Debt-to-Equity ratio, and ukuran perusahaan as measured by the company's total assets. The dependent variable in this study is firm value as measured by the ratio of Price to Book Value. The control variable in this study uses the age of the company as measured by the age of the company since the IPO. The research hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tools. The results show that: 1) profitability has a positive impact on the value of companies on LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2019. 2) Leverage does not have a significant impact on the value of companies on LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2019 3) Ukuran perusahaan has a positive impact on the value of companies on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2019. 4) The control variable in this study, namely the age of the company, has a positive impact on company LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 to 2019.
