Abstract

The land is a gift from God, land ruled by the state to achieve the greatest prosperity for people. Land rights have freedom and a person's dignity as basic rights. The land issue has become a problem whose impact seems more outspoken because it consists of several aspects of life. People are increasingly realizing that written or on paper evidence is legal and authentic evidence because it has strong legal force. The occurrence of buying a plot of land and not registering the land will make the ownership cannot be recognized. The importance of land registration and issuance on land as a standard of land ownership. A certificate is evidence of land rights belonging to someone which contains physical data and juridical data that has been registered in the land book and is the owner's written evidence of his rights to the land. This thesis will inform regarding court case number: 28/G/2018/PTUN-PTK. / Tanah adalah anugerah dari Tuhan, tanah yang dikuasai oleh negara untuk mencapai sebesar-besar kemakmuran rakyat. Hak atas tanah memiliki kebebasan dan martabat seseorang sebagai hak dasar. Masalah pertanahan menjadi masalah yang dampaknya terkesan lebih blak-blakan karena mencakup beberapa aspek kehidupan. Masyarakat semakin menyadari bahwa alat bukti tertulis atau di atas kertas merupakan alat bukti yang sah dan otentik karena mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang kuat. Terjadinya pembelian atas sebidang tanah dan tidak didaftarkannya tanah tersebut akan membuat kepemilikannya tidak dapat diakui. Pentingnya pendaftaran tanah dan penerbitan tanah sebagai standar kepemilikan tanah. Sertifikat adalah alat bukti hak atas tanah milik seseorang yang memuat data fisik dan data yuridis yang telah didaftarkan dalam buku tanah, merupakan alat bukti tertulis dari pemilik atas haknya atas tanah. Skripsi ini akan menginformasikan tentang perkara pengadilan nomor : 28/G/2018/PTUN-PTK.
