Abstract

Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) melemah seiring dengan bertambahnya kasus positif Covid-19 sejak adanya pandemi Covid-19. Industri asuransi merupakan salah satu industry yang terkena dampak buruk dari adanya pandemi ini. Tercatat bahwa sepanjang tahun 2020, sebanyak 11 emiten asuransi melaporkan kinerja negatif, bahkan 7 dari 11 emiten melaporkan kinerja negatif dengan penurunan double digit. Harga saham merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat mencerminkan kinerja sebuah perusahaan. Harga saham dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen berupa Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin dan variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah harga saham./The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) weakened in line with the increase in positive cases of Covid-19 since the Covid-19 pandemic began. The insurance industry is one of the industries that has been badly affected by this pandemic. It was noted that throughout 2020, as many as 11 insurance issuers reported negative performance, even 7 out of 11 issuers reported negative performance with a double-digit decline. Stock price is one of the things that can reflect the performance of a company. Stock prices can be influenced by several factors. The data used in this research is secondary data and the sample selection method uses purposive sampling method. This study uses independent variables in the form of Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin and the dependent variable in this study is stock price.
