Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Capital Structure, Firm Size, dan Pertumbuhan Aset Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017–2020. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria seluruh perusahaan manufaktur pada sektor Consumer Goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan tercantum pada S&P Capital IQ selama periode 2017–2020, perusahaan yang melakukan Initial Public Offerings (IPO) sebelum tahun 2017, perusahaan yang menyediakan informasi lengkap atas seluruh variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 44 perusahaan Consumer Goods. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji - t dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (2) Capital Structure berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (3) Firm Size berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan (4) Pertumbuhan Aset berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. / The purposes of this research to Analyze the effect of Profitability, Capital Structure, Firm Size, and Asset Growth to Firm Value. The population used in this research are consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2017–2020. This Research uses purposive sampling method with the criteria of all manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and listed on S&P Capital IQ from period 2017–2020, companies that conducted Initial Public Offerings (IPO) before 2017, companies that provide complete information on all variables used in the research so that the total sample is 44 consumer goods companies. The Analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t - test with research results showing that (1) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, (2) Capital Structure has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, (3) Firm Size has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, and (4) Asset Growth has a negative and insignificant effect on Firm Value.
