Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out, explore, and analyze the role and function of Notaries in making copyright transfer agreements seen in Law number 28 of 2014 concerning copyright. And To find out, trace, and analyze the responsibilities of Notaries regarding their positions in providing legal information so that no party is harmed in making a sale and purchase deed if the parties who come to face a copyright sale and purchase agreement. By using a normative juridical research method, it can be concluded: 1. The role and function of the Notary in making a copyright transfer agreement is to make an authentic deed for that, the transfer of copyright must be accompanied by a copy of the deed made by a Notary. 2. Notary responsibility in UUJN, a notary must make a deed well and correctly made in accordance with the law and on request from the parties who will make the agreement so that the deed will become an authentic deed that can be a perfect proof in front law because it is made by an authorized official appointed based on legislation. / Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mengeksplorasi, dan menganalisis peran dan fungsi Notaris dalam membuat perjanjian transfer hak cipta yang terlihat dalam Undang-undang nomor 28 tahun 2014 tentang hak cipta. Dan Untuk mengetahui, melacak, dan menganalisis tanggung jawab Notaris terkait posisi dalam memberikan informasi hukum sehingga tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan dalam melakukan akta jual beli jika pihak-pihak yang datang menghadapi perjanjian jual beli hak cipta. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, dapat diadakan: 1. Peran dan fungsi Notaris dalam membuat perjanjian transfer hak cipta adalah untuk membuat akta autentik untuk itu, transfer hak cipta harus disertai dengan salinan akta yang dibuat oleh Notaris. 2. Tanggung jawab notaris dalam UUJN, notaris harus membuat akta dibuat dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan hukum dan berdasarkan permintaan dari pihak yang akan membuat perjanjian sehingga akta tersebut akan menjadi akta autentik yang dapat menjadi bukti sempurna di depan hukum karena itu dibuat oleh pejabat resmi yang ditunjuk berdasarkan undang-undang.
