Abstract

Tidur adalah kebutuhan yang mendasar bagi semua orang dan sifatnya fisiologis. Pada saat tidur, tubuh melakukan proses pemulihan untuk memperbaiki fungsi dan kinerja setelah beraktivitas sehingga setiap orang perlu memiliki jam tidur yang cukup agar tubuh bekerja dengan optimal. Sebagian besar mahasiswa antara umur 18-27 tahun sering mengalami kesulitan tidur di malam hari dan mudah terbangun di pagi hari karena memiliki aktivitas yang cukup padat dan beban tugas kuliah. Kualitas tidur yang buruk bisa disebabkan karena pola hidup yang buruk, pola makan yang tidak teratur, serta kondisi lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat menganalisis kualitas tidur menggunakan data berupa detak jantung, tekanan darah, SPO2, dan data tidur. Data kualitas tidur juga diambil dari kuesioner digital yang dianalisa menggunakan metode PSQI. Aplikasi yang dibuat telah berhasil menganalisis 10 responden dengan baik berdasarkan metode PSQI, namun belum dapat menganalisis data dari smartwatch karena Samsung Health tidak menyediakan API untuk mengambil data secara langsung sehingga data kualitas tidur diambil dan dianalisa secara manual. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari smartwatch pada 10 responden selama 3 hari, 4 dari 10 responden memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk dan 6 sisanya memiliki kualitas tidur yang sangat buruk. Sedangkan berdasarkan data kuesioner digital yang menggunakan indikator PSQI menunjukkan bahwa 3 dari 10 responden memiliki kualitas tidur yang tergolong baik, sedangkan 7 sisanya memiliki kualitas tidur yang tergolong buruk. / Sleep is a fundamental need for everyone and adopts a physiological nature. When asleep, the human body goes through a recovery process to repair bodily functions and performance after performing heavy tasks hence everyone needs sufficient sleep hours for the body to function optimally. Large portions of college students in the age group of 18-27 years old often suffer from sleep depravity and tend to wake early in the morning because of intense activities and a ton of college duties. Bad sleep quality is caused by a bad lifestyle, irregular eating patterns, and environments around the college student. The objective of this research is to create an application that can analyze sleep quality using a series of data such as heart rate, blood pressure, SPO2, and sleep data. Sleep Quality data is also taken from digital questionnaires that are analyzed using the PSQI research method. The following application has successfully analyzed 10 respondents using the PSQI research method but cannot analyze data from smartwatch because Samsung Health does not provide an API to retrieve data directly so sleep quality data is taken and analyzed manually. Based on the results of the analysis obtained from smartwatch on 10 respondents for 3 days, 4 out of 10 respondents have poor sleep quality and the remaining 6 have very poor sleep quality. Meanwhile, based on digital questionnaire data using the PSQI indicator, it indicates that 3 out of 10 respondents have good sleep quality, while the remaining 7 have poor sleep quality.
