Abstract

Internet has brought some big changes to the way people live nowadays. Internet brings a lot of benefits to the way of how people live. Social media is one of the most effect ways to promote the brand. It contains millions of information, and it spreads out very quickly. Adidas is the brand that used the social media as their main advertisement. This research aims to study the Impact of social media to brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty Adidas use Advertising in Facebook. The usage of social media as a marketing platform within company could enhance the brand awareness and brand image of the company to their consumers to make a build brand loyalty. This primary data was collected through questionnaire distributed to 100 people in areas around Jakarta and Karawaci, Data was analyzed by using structured equation modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.The data evaluation shows that the variable has a positive relationship with other variables, but not all the variables have significant relation. The finding of the research shows that there are positive effect of social media to brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty. Social media give positive impact to brand loyalty through brand awareness and brand image
