Abstract

Latar Belakang : Platelet Lymphocyte Ratio (PLR) merupakan tes darah rutin yang mudah dan murah untuk dilakukan serta dapat digunakan untuk prognosis pasien, namun masih belum banyak diteliti. Tumor otak sekunder lebih banyak terjadi jika dibandingkan dengan tumor otak primer. Pencitraan dan terapi yang semakin baik meningkatkan angka insidensi tumor otak sekunder. Biasanya kanker paru, kanker payudara, dan melanoma yang paling sering menyebabkan tumor otak sekunder. Penggunaan radio terapi Gamma Knife banyak digunakan untuk pilihan terapi tumor otak sekunder karena tidak ada tindakan invasif. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nilai PLR dengan respon terhadap radio terapi Gamma Knife pada pasien tumor otak sekunder. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi potong lintang retrospektif dengan melihat data rekam medis pasien Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village dari tahun 2015 sampai 2022. Hasil Analisa Data : Sebanyak 52 pasien dalam penelitian ini dan telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara PLR dengan respon radio terapi Gamma Knife pada tumor otak sekunder berdasarkan nilai p 1,000 dan nilai OR 0,994 (95% CI: 0,335 – 2,953). Dari analisis multivariat menunjukkan hanya RPA <2 yang dapat digunakan sebagai faktor prognosis independen untuk melihat respon radio terapi Gamma Knfie pada tumor otak sekunder dengan nilai p 0,024 dan OR 12,671. / Background : Platelet Lymphocyte Ratio (PLR) is a routine blood work that was easy and cheap to do, and can be used for patient’s prognosis, and still not much researched. Secondary brain tumor having higher incidence compared to primary brain tumor. Better imaging and therapies increasing the incidence of secondary brain tumor. Mostly lung cancer, breast cancer, and melanoma are the most common causes of secondary brain tumors. The use of Gamma Knife radiotherapy is widely used as a treatment option for secondary brain tumor because there is no invasive procedure. Objectives : To find a relation between PLR value in response with Gamma Knife radiotherapy on secondary brain tumor patients. Methods : This study uses a cross-sectional study retrospective from Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village patient’s medical record in 2016 to 2020. Conclusion : A total of 52 patients in this study met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. There is no significant relation between PLR in response with Gamma Knife radio therapy on secondary brain tumor based on p value 1,000 and OR 0,994 (95% CI: 0,335 – 2,953). From multivariate analysis, only RPA <2 was significant independent predictor to see Gamma Knife radio therapy response on secondary brain tumor with p value 0,024 and OR 12,617.
