Abstract

PT Sari Coffee Indonesia has become one of the pioneers in selling readyto- drink coffee with a very wide menu choice. Therefore, PT Sari Coffee Indonesia require reliable barista in each outlet but there are still gap in their baristas performance and the performance level that PT Sari Coffee Indonesia set as the target. The objective of this study was to find out the relationship of each variable, namely autonomy, workload and work-life balance to the job performance of the baristas in the company. This research use causal research, purposive sampling, non-probability sampling and quantitative sampling. The purpose of the questionnaire was to conduct a study of the relationship between autonomy, workload and work-life balance respectively to job performance while using the method of analysis of multiple regression. This research is a replication from Johari, Tan & Zulkarnain with results that state; autonomy and work-life balance have a relationship to job performance and workload has no relationship to job performance. The result of this study shows that there are relationship between all independent variable towards job performance. The managerial implication found in this study shows that the company must put emphasis on autonomy, work-life balance and workload to get an increase in barista’s job performance.
