Abstract

Dewasa ini, pertumbuhan trend kopi di Indonesia diiringi dengan semakin berkembangnya gerai kopi yang ada, baik gerai kopi lokal ataupun gerai kopi international. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi dikarenakan oleh banyaknya faktor yang mempengaruhi setiap orang mulai dari kebiasaan, passion, pekerjaan, ataupun mengikuti teman, serta terjadinya globalisasi dan perubahan trend yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada para pengunjung gerai kopi Maxx Coffee, Benton Junction, Karawaci. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan faktor apa yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada Maxx Coffee. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif. Menggunakan teknik pengambilan data nonprobability. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Forms. Desain pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan syarat mahasiswa merupakan mahasiswa Univeristas Pelita Harapan Fakultas Ekonomi dan pernah mengkonsumsi produk di Maxx Coffee Benton Junction. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 30 untuk studi pendahuluan dan 100 untuk penelitian aktual. Data yag diperolah kemudian diolah dengan Smart PLS-SEM Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga hipotesis yang dimana dua hipotesis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan satu hipotesis tidak berpengaruh positif. Hasil hipotesis yang ada dimana kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Yang dimana pada penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa harga adalah faktor paling dominan dalam menentukan kepuasan pelanggan. / Today, the growth of the coffee trend in Indonesia is accompanied by the development of existing coffee outlets, both local coffee outlets and international coffee outlets. This can occur because of the many factors that affect everyone starting from habits, passion, work, or following friends, as well as the occurrence of globalization and changing trends that exist. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction on visitor of Benton Junction Coffee Shop Maxx Cofee. The result of this study indicate what factors are dominant in influencing customer satisfaction at Maxx Coffee. This study uses a quantitative paradigm. Using nonprobability data retrieval techniques. The method of data collection used is to use a questionnaire that is shared through Google Forms. The sampling design used purposive sampling provided that students were students of Pelita Harapan University Faculty of Economics and had consumed products at Maxx Coffee Benton Junction. The number of samples used is 30 for the preliminary study and 100 for the actual study. The data obtained is then processed with Smart PLS-SEM. In this study there are three hypotheses where two hypotheses have a positive and significant effect while one hypothesis does not have a positive effect. The results of the hypothesis where service quality does not affect customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and prices have a positive and significant to satisfaction. Which in this study can be seen that price is the most dominant factor in determining customer satisfaction.
