Abstract

Sumber daya manusia pada dunia usaha merupakan salah satu asset yang paling berharga dan menjadi bagian yang paling sulit dalam pengelolaanya. Kinerja karyawan merupakan fokus utama dalam menyelaraskan kinerja organisasi dengan tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ dengan menggunakan dua variabel, yaitu variabel independen yang terdiri dari kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 132 karyawan produksi di PT XYZ dan diolah menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.3.9. PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri maklon kosmetik. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil penilaian kinerja yang cenderung fluktuatif dan upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga diharapkan hasil penilaian kinerja stabil dan konsisten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuktikan kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja yang secara simultan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. / Human resources in the business world are one of the most valuable assets and are the most difficult part of managing it. Employee performance is the main focus in aligning organizational performance with company goals. This research is quantitative and was conducted to analyze the effect of work satisfaction, work environment and work motivation and their effect on employee performance at PT XYZ by using two variables, namely the independent variable consisting of work satisfaction, work environment and work motivation with employee performance as the dependent variable. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 132 production employees at PT XYZ and processed using Smart PLS 3.3.9 software. PT XYZ is a company engaged in the cosmetic tolling industry. This research is motivated by the results of performance appraisals that tend to fluctuate and efforts to improve employee performance so that it is expected that the results of performance appraisals are stable and consistent. The results of this study indicate that work satisfaction and work environment have a positive influence on employee performance, while work motivation has a negative effect on employee performance. In addition, this study also proves that work satisfaction, work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a negative effect on employee performance.
