Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture towards job satisfaction and its implication towards employee performance of Starbucks in North Jakarta. This research is conducted to improve employee performance with job satisfaction in work environments, leadership styles, and organizational culture. The determination of sample uses a non-probability purposive sampling with 150 Baristas of Starbucks who have worked full-time for at least two years as the sample. This research uses 21 indicators. This research is a quantitative research, where data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data presented is the result of recapitulation from the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The Result of this research indicates that leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction are positively and significantly affecting employee performance. However, work environment needs to be concerned and reviewed by Starbucks of North Jakarta in order to improve employee performance
