Abstract

Atap adalah konstruksi atas bangunan yang terdiri dari struktur rangka baja, purlin, dan penutup atap. Purlin bekerja secara lokal untuk meneruskan beban atap ke rangka baja. Oleh karena itu, perencanaannya relatif sederhana. Akan tetapi, karena jumlahnya relatif banyak maka perlu direncanakan secara optimal agar memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Kinerja purlin ditentukan oleh (1) bentang purlin, (2) kemiringan atap, (3) jarak antar purlin, (4) berat penutup atap, dan (5) ketersediaan penampang purlin, dimana poin 1 dan 2 merupakan parameter tetap dan poin 3, 4, dan 5 merupakan parameter yang diubah. Adapun parameter pemasangan sag-rod yang harus dipertimbangkan. Oleh sebab itu, untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi yang tepat dengan kriteria berat paling ringan. Agar optimal dapat dicapai dengan cepat, maka akan dilakukan pembuatan program dengan basis software Visual Basic. Program tersebut akan bekerja secara otomatis dengan mengacu pada semua ketentuan mengenai balok atap yang ditentukan oleh ketentuan terbaru yaitu SNI 1729:2020. / The roof is the construction of the top of the building consisting of a steel frame structure, purlins, and roof coverings. The purlins work locally to transmit the roof loads to the steel frame. Therefore, the planning is relatively simple. However, because the number is relatively large, it needs to be planned optimally in order to have a significant impact. Purlin performance is determined by (1) purlin span, (2) roof slope, (3) distance between purlins, (4) roof covering weight, and (5) availability of purlin cross-section, where points 1 and 2 are fixed parameters and point 3, 4, and 5 are the modified parameters. The sag-rod installation parameters must be considered. Therefore, to get optimal results, it is necessary to carry out an appropriate evaluation with the lightest weight criteria. In order to achieve optimal results quickly, a program will be made based on Visual Basic software. The program will work automatically by referring to all provisions regarding roof beams determined by the latest provisions, namely SNI 1729:2020.
