Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang secara geografis terletak di antara tiga lempeng tektonik aktif di dunia yakni Lempeng Pasifik, Lempeng Eurasia, dan Lempeng Hindia-Australia. Letaknya menjadikan Indonesia cukup rentan untuk mengalami berbagai macam bencana alam khususnya gempa bumi. Maka dari itu, pemerintah Indonesia melalui Badan Standardisasi Nasional berusaha untuk terus memperbaharui peraturan tentang gempa Indonesia yang semulanya SNI 1726:2012 menjadi SNI 1726:2019. Tujuannya agar peraturan tersebut sesuai dengan kondisi alam di Indonesia yang terkini dan harapannya struktur yang dirancang dapat lebih bertahan ketika terjadi gempa bumi. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil evaluasi struktur bangunan gedung Menara Z sesuai dengan SNI 1726:2012 dan SNI 1726:2019, serta memperhitungkan kapasitas gedung Menara Z dengan menggunakan analisis pushover. Hasil perhitungan nilai desain spektra menunjukkan bahwa nilai SDS mengalami kenaikan sebesar 12,42% dan nilai SD1 juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 7,58% dari SNI 1726:2012 ke SNI 1726:2019. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa perpindahan maksimum gedung Menara Z arah X mengalami kenaikan sebesar 12,90% (semula 0,031 m menjadi 0,035 m) dan arah Y juga mengalami kenaikan 12,50 (semula 0,016 m menjadi 0,018 m) dari SNI 1726:2012 ke SNI 1726:2019. Selain itu terjadi juga peningkatan gaya geser dasar nominal sebesar 11,69% (semula 618,832 kN menjadi 691,163 kN) dari SNI 1726:2012 ke SNI 1726:2019. Walaupun demikian, berdasarkan hasil analisis pushover menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas struktur gedung Menara Z masih lebih besar daripada pembebanan statis dan dinamis yang terjadi. Pada arah X, hasil terkecil gaya geser dasar efektif didapat sebesar 5960,551 kN dan perpindahan maksimumnya sebesar 0,053 m. Sedangkan pada arah Y, hasil terkecil gaya geser dasar efektif didapat sebesar 5829,805 kN dan perpindahan maksimumnya sebesar 0,056 m. Hasil analisis ini juga menunjukkan bahwa level kinerja struktur gedung Menara Z termasuk dalam kategori Immediate Occupancy (IO)./Indonesia is a country that geographically located between three active tectonic plates in the world that is the Pacific Plate, the Eurasian Plate, and the Indian�Australian Plate. Its location makes Indonesia vulnerable enough to experience various kinds of natural disasters, especially earthquakes. Therefore, the Indonesian government through the National Standardization Agency is trying to continue to update the regulations about the earthquake, which the previous one was SNI 1726:2012 to SNI 1726:2019. The goal is to keep the regulations be in accordance with the latest natural conditions in Indonesia and hopefully the designed structure can perform better when an earthquake occurs. Therefore, the goals of this study are to compare the result of structure evaluation of Menara Z building in accordance with SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 1726:2019, and to evaluate the capacity of Menara Z building based on pushover analysis. The calculation result of the spectral design value showed that the value of SDS increased by 12,42% and the value of SD1 increased by 7,58% from SNI 1726:2012 to SNI 1726:2019. The results of the analysis also showed that the maximum displacement of the Menara Z building in the X direction was increased by 12,90% (from 0,031 m to 0,035 m) and the in the Y direction was also increased by 12,50% (from 0,016 m to 0,018 m) from SNI 1726:2012 to SNI 1726:2019. In addition, there was also an increase in nominal base shear force by 11,69% (from 618,832 kN to 691,163 kN) from SNI 1726:2012 to SNI 1726:2019. However, based on the results of static pushover analysis, the capacity of the Menara Z building structure is still stronger than the demand loading that occurs. In the X direction, the smallest result of the effective base shear force is obtained at 5960,551 kN and the maximum displacement is 0.053 m. While in the Y direction, the smallest result of the effective base shear force is obtained at 5829,805 kN and the maximum displacement is 0.056 m. And the results of the analysis also revealed that the performance level of the structure of Menara Z was included in the Immediate Occupancy (IO) category.
