Abstract

Cafe Cent Coffee kerap menggunakan cara-cara konvensional tidak efisien dan efektif dalam menunjang proses pengadaan bahan baku mereka. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diimplementasikan ke Cafe Cent Coffee untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pada proses bisnis mereka adalah dengan mengimplementasikan Supply Chain Management System. Melalui pembangunan Supply Chain Management System pada Cafe Cent Coffee dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh proses yang ada di kafe dengan baik sehingga antar setiap bagian dapat saling terhubung baik dari pelanggan, bagian pelayanan, koki, kasir, gudang, supplier, dan pimpinan sehingga dapat mempercepat pelayanan pemesanan menu makanan, mengatasi kesalahan dalam proses re-stocking persediaan serta perhitungan total penjualan lebih akurat. Supply Chain Management System yang dibangun dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh proses bisnis dari Cafe Cent Coffee menjadi lebih terstruktur dan tersinkronisasi serta lebih efektif dan efisien antar setiap bagian di dalam kafe dengan supplier./ In practice, Cafe Cent Coffee often uses inefficient and ineffective conventional methods in supporting their raw material procurement process. One solution that can be implemented to Cafe Cent Coffee to solve problems in their business processes is to implement a Supply Chain Management System. Through the development of the Supply Chain Management System, Cafe Cent Coffee can integrate all processes in the cafe well so that each part can be connected to each other from customers, service departments, chefs, cashiers, warehouses, suppliers, and leaders so as to speed up menu ordering services. food, overcoming errors in the inventory re-stocking process and calculating total sales more accurately. The Supply Chain Management System that was built can integrate all business processes from Cafe Cent Coffee to be more structured and synchronized as well as more effective and efficient between every part of the cafe with suppliers.
