Abstract

The human resources manager in the company has concluded that there is a significant change in the employee turnover as a result of the job stress that led to their poor working performance. The objective of this research is analyzing job stress at whether have an influence towards employee performance at PT Multigrafindo Mandiri, Medan. The theory used in this study is management, entrepreneurship, family business, job stress and employee performance This research was conducted using quantitative, descriptive, and causal. The total of population and sample is 38 employees through census sampling. Data is collected by distributing questionnaires, interview and documentation. The result of the T-test shows that job stress has influence on employee performance at PT Multigrafindo Mandiri, Medan. Furthermore, job stress has 45.2% influence on employee performance. This research also passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 18.266 + 0.534 X + e. Recommendations for the PT Multigrafindo Mandiri, Medan .can provide an increase in incentives or bonuses to employees if the work target is increased so that the encouragement for employees to work with enthusiasm. If employees achieve their work targets, it can provide benefits to the company to be able to grow forward. / Perusahaan PT Multigrafindo Mandiri, Medan telah menyimpulkan bahwa ada perubahan signifikan dalam pergantian karyawan sebagai akibat dari stres kerja yang menyebabkan kinerja karyawan yang buruk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis stres kerja pada apakah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Multigrafindo Mandiri, Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen, kewirausahaan, bisnis keluarga, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, deskriptif, dan kausal. Jumlah populasi dan sampel adalah 38 karyawan melalui sensus sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil T-test menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Multigrafindo Mandiri, Medan. Selain itu, stres kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 45,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga lolos uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan persamaan Y = 18,266 + 0,534 x + e. Rekomendasi untuk PT Multigrafindo Mandiri, Medan dapat memberikan peningkatan insentif atau bonus kepada karyawan jika target kerja meningkat sehingga menjadi dorongan bagi karyawan untuk bekerja dengan antusias. Jika karyawan mencapai target kerjanya, maka dapat memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan untuk dapat berkembang ke depan
