Abstract

The development of the business world at this time is rapidly increasing, this can be seen from the number of the new business nowadays. Rapid changes have an impact on situations of uncertainty that affect the company. It is important for Halodoc as one of the largest digital products in Indonesia in maintaining and increasing the actual usage of customers in using the digital health in order to lead the market in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. Primary and secondary data are used in this research, the questionnaires are distributed to Halodoc Customersin Medan, Data is measured by validity and reliability test. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling method, specifically snowball sampling. The data is analyzed using SPSS 25.0, the research model is being tested using normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and linearity test. The data also tested with multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test are done with F-Test, T-Test and Sobel Test. The purpose of this study is to evaluate between Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence has the greatest influence on Behavioral Intention and Actual Usage of Halodoc in Medan. Also, Behavioral Intention of Halodoc in Medan is having significant influence towards Actual Usage of Halodoc in Medan both partially and simultaneously. behavior intention also mediates the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence on the actual usage of Halodoc in Medan./ Perkembangan dunia bisnis saat ini semakin pesat, hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya bisnis baru saat ini. Perubahan yang cepat berdampak pada situasi ketidakpastian yang mempengaruhi perusahaan. Hal ini penting bagi Halodoc sebagai salah satu produk digital terbesar di Indonesia dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan penggunaan aktual pelanggan dalam menggunakan kesehatan digital agar dapat memimpin pasar di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini, kuesioner didistribusikan kepada pengguna Halodoc di Medan, data diukur dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode non probability sampling, khususnya snowball sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.0, model penelitian sedang diuji menggunakan uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinieritas dan linieritas. Data juga diuji dengan uji regresi linier berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji F, Uji T dan uji Sobel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi antara Perfomance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap Behavioral Intention dan Actual Usage Halodoc di Medan. Juga, Behavioral Intention Halodoc di Medan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Actual Usage Halodoc di Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Behavioral Intention juga memediasi pengaruh Perfomance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence terhadap Actual Usage Halodoc di Medan.
