Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan delegatif terhadap manajemen konflik, inovasi pembelajaran, dan manajemen kelas guru pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sensus yang dilakukan pada sekelompok populasi guru di Sekolah Asrama Taruna Papua sebanyak 36 responden yang pernah menjadi ketua atau koordinator kegiatan sekolah dalam satu setengah tahun terakhir. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada semua responden. Pengujian statistik dan analisis data menggunakan software Variance-based Partial Least Square modelling (SMART-PLS) 3.0 sebagai metode umum yang dinilai tepat untuk mengestimasi path model yang menggunakan konstruk laten dengan multiple indikator. Temuan penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan delegatif berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen konflik, inovasi pembelajaran guru, dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kemampuan manajemen kelas guru, ditemukan adanya pengaruh positif manajemen konflik terhadap kemampuan manajemen kelas guru, dan juga ditemukan pengaruh positif inovasi pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan manajemen kelas guru. Temuan penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting terutama bagi pimpinan sekolah akan dampak positif dari kepemimpinan delegatif yang terukur, memberikan pemahaman kepada para guru bahwa tugas delegasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan resolusi konflik dalam organisasi sekolah dan meningkatkan kiat-kiat inovasi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. / The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of delegative leadership on conflict management, learning innovation, and teacher classroom management skills during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used a quantitative approach and census method which takes one population group of 36 teachers from the Taruna Papua Boarding School, the respondent had been the chairman or coordinator of school activities for the previous year and a half. A questionnaire sheet was provided to all respondents as the study tool. Statistical testing and data analysis utilizing the Varience-based Partial Least Square modeling (SMART-PLS) 3.0 program, which is a general method for estimating the path model employing latent constructs with numerous indicators. The fundings of this study: delegative leadership has a positive effect on conflict management, delegative leadership has a negative effect on classroom management skills, delegative leadership has a positive effect on learning innovation, while conflict management has a positive effect on classroom management skills, and learning innovation has a positive effect on classroom management skills. The findings of this study have significant implications, particularly for school leaders in terms of the positive impact of measurable delegative leadership, as well as for teachers in terms of how delegation tasks can improve conflict resolution skills in school organizations and improve learning innovation.
