Abstract

Buku modul Prosedur Tata Graha dan Binatu, merupakan modul pembelajaran yang mencakup pembelajaran Prosedur Tata Graha dan Binatu yang diperlukan untuk menangani operasi harian dari hotel.Modul Prosedur Tata Graha dan Binatu ini merupakan buku modul pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran Prosedur Tata Graha dan Binatu yang digunakan untuk lebih memudahkan pembelajaran Prosedur Tata Graha dan Binatu. Modul ini berbentuk full colour yang berisikan tentang pembelajaran Prosedur Tata Graha dan Binatu yang telah disesuaikan dengan RPS(Rencana Pembelajaran Semester).Dalam buku modul ini terdapat prosedur dan tata cara penggunaan alat-alat maupun prosedur yang harus dijalankan. Tujuan dari buku modul ini adalah: (1) Membantu pembelajaran mahasiswa dan mahasiswa khusunya jurusan pengelolaan perhotelan Universitas Pelita Harapan.(2) Memaparkan tata cara maupun prosedur Tata Graha dan Binatu yang disesuaikan dengan RPS(Rencana Pembelajaran Semester) terbaru.(3) Mempermudah dalam artian meningkatkan efisian dan efektivitas pembelajaran baik terutama dalam segi tenaga pengajar dan waktu,untuk mencapai tujuan maksimal dari suatu pembelajaran. In this module book there are procedures and procedures for using tools and procedures that must be carried out. The objectives of this module book are: (1) To assist students in learning and especially students majoring in hospitality management at Pelita Harapan University. (2) To describe housekeeping and laundry procedures and procedures adapted to the latest RPS (Semester Learning Plan). (3) Simplify in the sense of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of learning both in terms of teaching staff and time, to achieve the maximum goal of a learning.
