Abstract

Pasca perang dingin sistem ekonomi kapitalisme global bernafaskan demokrasi, mendorong negara dan pasar untuk dapat melakukan kegiatan perekonomian bebas. Prinsip good governance yang digagas oleh World Bank menciptakan kerangka acuan bagi setiap negara untuk tetap kompetitif menjalankan fungsi esensinya dalam perdagangan internasional. Perdagangan bebas menghapus hambatan dalam melakukan perdagangan antar negara. Dalam praktik perdagangan internasional, Indonesia juga aktif mengikuti dinamika perdagangan bebas di atas sebagai bagian dari amat mukadimah konstitusi Indonesia terhadap kebijakan luar negeri Indonesia. Untuk menjadi kompetitif dan resilien pada pasar dunia, tetapi tetap melindungi kepentingan ekonomi nasional, Indonesia perlu tetap mengingat jati dirinya yang tertuang dalam Pancasila sebagai landasan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Ekonomi Pancasila adalah prinsip ekonomi yang mengedepankan konsep kerakyatan dalam menggerakkan perekonomian. Dalam konsep ini, pemerintah merupakan mitra rakyat yang mendukung usaha rakyat melalui jaminan keamanan dan regulasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana ideologi ekonomi Indonesia yaitu ekonomi Pancasila, terimplementasi dalam aktivitas perekonomian Indonesia baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Dengan menggunakan teori kritis sebagai kerangka berpikir, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa prinsip ekonomi Pancasila dapat melengkapi arah perdagangan internasional Indonesia, bahkan selaras dengan prinsip good governance yang menjadi prasyarat sebuah negara untuk kompetitif dalam perdagangan bebas dunia / After the cold war, the capitalist economic system that breathed democracy, encouraged the state and the market to be able to carry out free economic activities. The principles of good governance initiated by the World Bank create a frame of reference for each country to remain competitive in carrying out its essential functions in international trade. Barrier-free trade in conducting trade between countries. In the practice of international trade, Indonesia is also actively following the dynamics of free trade as part of the Indonesian constitution for Indonesia's foreign policy. To be competitive and resilient in the world market, but still protect the interests of the national economy, Indonesia needs to remember its identity as contained in Pancasila as the foundation of the life of the nation and state. The Pancasila economy is an economic principle that is a populist concept in driving the economy. In this concept, the government is the people's partner who supports the people's business through security guarantees and regulations. The purpose of this study is to see how Indonesia's economic ideology, namely the Pancasila economy, is implemented in Indonesian economic activities both nationally and internationally. Using critical theory as a frame of mind, this study finds that the economic principles of Pancasila can complement the direction of Indonesia's international trade, even in line with the principles of good governance which are prerequisites for a country to be competitive in world free trade.
