Abstract

The problem with Mitra Medika Premier Hospital is that it does not yet have a computer network and has not provided a server for future building operations. This study aims to develop a computer network system and estimate the price of hardware goods for operational support. This is in order to facilitate the process of administrative work to doctors in the world of work. A computer network is a network component that is needed by every company agency so that communication between computers and other computers can enable and secure data storage. The method used in this research is the PPDIOO method which consists of Plan, Prepare, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize. This computer network uses a Cisco Packet Tracer simulation application which consists of 45 computers and 54 Access Points that are connected to each other by Switch and Core Switch. This network topology uses a star network topology. The result of this research is to calculate the estimated hardware costs and implement a computer network to Mitra Medika Premier Hospital./ Masalah dalam Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Premier ini adalah belumnya memiliki jaringan komputer dan belum menyediakan server untuk operasional bangunan kedepannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem jaringan komputer dan estimasi harga harga barang perangkat keras untuk dukungan operasional. Hal ini agar dapat mempermudah proses pekerjaan administrasi hingga dokter dalam dunia kerja. Jaringan komputer merupakan komponen jaringan yang diperlukan setiap instansi perusahaan agar komunikasi antara komputer dengan komputer lainnya dapat memungkinkan dan amannya penyimpanan data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode PPDIOO yang terdiri dari Plan, Prepare, Design, Implement, Operate dan Optimize. Jaringan komputer ini menggunakan aplikasi simulasi Cisco Packet Tracer yang dimana terdiri dari 45 komputer dan 54 Access Point yang saling terhubung dengan Switch dan Core Switch. Topologi jaringan ini menggunakan topologi jaringan star. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung estimasi biaya-biaya perangkat keras dan mengimplementasikan jaringan komputer ke Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Premier.
