Abstract

"Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan pelaksanaan pengalaman ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni budaya langsung pada masyarakat secara kelembagaan melalui metodologi ilmiah sebagai penyebaran Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi serta tanggung jawab yang luhur dalam usaha mengembangkan kemampuan masyarakat, sehingga dapat mempercepat laju pertumbuhan tercapainya tujuan pembangunan nasional. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ada (1) Untuk membagikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa melalui mata kuliah di Fakultas Pariwisata program studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan, Universitas Pelita Harapan, (2) Untuk memperkenalkan kepada anggota UMKM SEMASASA mengenai pengelolaan tepung ampas kelapa menjadi brownies. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat membuat program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk workshop online dengan mengajarkan kepada anggota UMKM SEMASASA pengelolaan brownies berbahan dasar tepung ampas kelapa. Tepung ampas kelapa sangat mudah untuk dijumpai di pasar, dan bahan pembuatan brownies bisa didapatkan di pasar./ Community Service is the implementation of direct experience of science, technology, and cultural arts to the community institutionally through scientific methodologies as the dissemination of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and noble responsibilities in an effort to develop community capabilities, so as to accelerate the growth rate of achieving national development goals. The purpose of community service is (1) To share the knowledge and skills owned by students through courses at the Faculty of Hospitality Management Study Program, Pelita Harapan University, (2) To introduce to UMKM SEMASA organization regarding the processing of dessicated coconut flour into brownies. Therefore, the Community Service team created a Community Service program in an online workshop by teaching UMKM SEMASA about the processing of brownies made from dessicated coconut flour. Dessicated coconut flour is very easy to find in the market, and the ingredients for making brownies can be found in the market."
