Abstract
Pada awal mulai pandemi, pemerintah Indonesia melaksanakan kebijakan Stay-at-Home untuk mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19. Hal tersebut membuat perubahan sistem pembelajaran dari offline menjadi E learning. Dengan perubahan ini pada perguruan tinggi, terjadi pergantian cara belajar mahasiswa yang dapat meningkatkan usaha kerja. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai keluhan seperti kelelahan ataupun keluhan muskuloskeletal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kelelahan dengan keluhan musculoskeletal pada mahasiswa Fakultas Universitas Pelita Harapan. Dengan metode studi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu potong-lintang (Cross Sectional) dengan menggunakan kuesioner Skala Pengukuran Kelelahan (SPK) dan Nordic Musculoskeletal questionnaire (NMQ). Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan sebanyak 100 responden (42% laki-laki dan 58% perempuan) yang termasuk dalam kriteria inklusi dengan 63 responden yang mengalami kelelahan yang diantaranya 60mmahasiswa mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal. Analisis statistik Chi-square menunjukan P-value 0.036 yang berarti ada hubungan signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Jadi dari hasil tersebut terdapat pengaruh kelelahan dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada mahasiswa FK UPH
