Abstract

Buku modul merupakan salah satu dari suatu program terpadu yang digunakan sebagai alat ukur yang lengkap yang digunakan untuk mengukur tujuan dalam suatu pembelajaran.tujuan yang berhasil dicapai dalam pelaksanaan seminar hasil ini untuk mengetahui daya terima responden terhadap Buku Modul Kebersihan Sanitasi. Seminar ini dapat memberikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan Kebersihan Sanitasi dan dijadikan contoh untuk mahasiswa di Universitas Pelita Harapan Penulis mempersiapkan laporan buku modul, mempelajari hasil dari buku modul, dan mempersiapkan presentasi untuk dipresentasikan hasil Buku modul dalam penyelenggaraan seminar hasil. Penulis juga mempersiapkan hasil kuisioner dari responden. Hasil akhir kemudian ditampilkan dalam powerpoint dalam menyediakan dan menampilkan hasil akhir kuisioner. Isi berupa topik-topik yang menjelaskan tentang buku modul tersebut.Laporan Seminar Hasil yang telah selesai dirancang ini berjudul “Buku Modul Kebersihan Sanitasi di Dapur” yang dimana laporan ini berisikan tentang latar belakang dan rumusan masalah, yaitu pengaruh kebersihan sanitasi, keamanan pangan dalam restoran, prosedur keselamatan dan keamanan di dapur. Dari rumusan masalah yang sudah ada, tujuan dari pembuatan Buku modul ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tentang kebersihan sanitasi.Kegiatan seminar hasil yang telah dilaksanakan memiliki beberapa masukan dan saran dari dosen reviewer, yang dimana saran dan masukan ini berguna untuk melakukan revisi pada isi laporan yang masih memiliki kekurangan pada beberapa bagian. Dari saran dan masukan yang diberikan oleh ketiga dosen reviewer, tim seminar hasil sudah melakukan revisi dan memperbaiki bagian-bagian yang kurang sesuai menjadi sesuai dengan saran dan masukan yang telah diberikan oleh ketiga dosen. / The module book is one of an integrated program that is used as a complete measuring tool used to measure the objectives in a lesson. The objectives that have been achieved in the implementation of this seminar are to determine the respondents' acceptance of the Sanitation Hygiene Module Book. This seminar can provide information related to Sanitary Hygiene and serve as an example for students at Pelita Harapan University. The author prepares a module book report, studies the results of the module book, and prepares a presentation to present the results of the module book in organizing the results seminar. The author also prepares the results of the questionnaire from the respondents. The final results are then displayed in powerpoint in providing and displaying the final results of the questionnaire. The contents of the topic are topics that explain the module book. The result of this seminar report that has been designed is entitled “The Sanitation Hygiene Module Book in the Kitchen” which contains the background and formulation of the problem, namely the influence of sanitation hygiene, food safety in restaurants. , safety and security procedures in the kitchen. From the formulation of the existing problems, the purpose of making this module book is to find out and study about sanitation hygiene. The results of the seminar activities that have been carried out have several inputs and suggestions from reviewer lecturers, where these suggestions and inputs are useful for revising the contents of the report. which still lacks in some parts. From the suggestions and inputs given by the three reviewer lecturers, the result seminar team has revised and corrected the parts that are not suitable to be in accordance with the suggestions and inputs that have been given by the three lecturers.
